Village Haven is looking for an experienced social media strategist to help us grow a new community platform centered around the idea that Families Helping Families can rebuild the village we all need. Village Haven connects families with trusted single-parent helpers in their communities while creating flexible income opportunities for parents raising children on their own. Our mission is to strengthen families and bring real human connection back into our neighborhoods. For this initial Phase 1 project, we are looking for someone who can help us design a clear and effective one-month social media strategy to guide our early growth. The selected strategist will help us: • Develop a 30-day social media strategy • Recommend which platforms we should prioritize (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) • Create a content plan and posting schedule • Outline content themes and messaging aligned with our mission • Draft example captions and post concepts • Suggest a simple paid ad testing strategy for early growth Deliverables should include a content calendar and clear recommendations we can implement immediately. If we are a good fit working together, this project may evolve into an ongoing role managing social media and content creation for Village Haven. We are especially excited to work with someone who: • Has experience growing mission-driven brands or startups • Understands storytelling and community-building online • Can balance strategy with practical content creation • Is passionate about supporting families, caregivers, and local communities Estimated Commitment 10 to 15 hours for the initial strategy project Hourly rate: $40 to $50 depending on experience When Applying Please Include: 1.
